Return Policy

Energie does not offer returns for refunds.

Returns are permitted on items within 10 days of delivery date.

All limited release sneakers and custom hats are considered final sale (not eligible for refund/return/exchange/store credit).

Please read the product description carefully before making your purchase. 

All returns must be authorized via email prior to return shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery. Please email 334energie@gmail.com to request authorization for a return.

All items must have an approved RMA before being shipped. Orders sent back without an RMA will not receive a refund or store credit.

Any packages Energie receives that are marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" will be issued a store credit minus shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.

This policy is for energie334.com only. This policy does not apply to items purchased at Energie’s physical location.

Energie will only grant an exchange or store credit if the following conditions below are met. Failure to comply with any of these instructions will result in 100% ineligibility for any type of returns, credit and/or refunds.

* All items must be unused, unworn and without any odors or smells. 

* All items must not be worn, altered or washed and must have all tags and stickers attached - once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged. 

* Shoes, hats or any other item must not be worn or creased to the point where they would be deemed worn or not 100% brand new merchandise. Once shoes or hats or any other item have been worn, they cannot be returned or exchanged. 

* All shoes must include the original shoe box in its original condition. 

* Please note Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

* Please check all shipping, address and contact information prior to ordering. We will not be responsible for changing or cancelling any orders after purchase. This includes items marked as all sales final and/or items ineligible for returns or refunds. 

* Energie is not responsible for any items damaged, lost or not delivered in transit. Those issues must be taken up with the shipping carrier. We will assist with any pertinent information that helps with issues arising from lost, damaged or misplaced shipments to the best of our abilities. However, this is something that is not under our scope of control--regardless of carrier. Please allow reasonable time for any transit issues with lost or misplaced packages to be sorted out. Some issues can take anywhere from one day to several business days and even weeks to ultimately get resolved. This is especially critical during any holiday period. We cannot/will not process any additional transactions until the initial order is rectified and/or resolved period. 

Shipping


We can ship to mostly any address in the United States.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Upon placing an order with Energie, we will require that the billing & shipping addresses to match. Energie has the right to reject any order that the billing & shipping addresses that do not match.

We will not be responsible for shipping costs for items that have to be shipped back for exchange or returns. We do recommend that you use a shipping service that provides insurance and tracking number in case your package gets lost. 

Free shipping offers does not apply to any products in the clearance section. All items in the "Clearance Section" will be FINAL SALE and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
